Custom orders begin with a request. Tell us what you enjoy, and Nana T will review what is possible and confirm the product, price, timing, and scent suitability before anything is made.

How it works

  1. Choose your direction. Pick a Nana T Created Scent, choose from our fragrance-oil selection, combine up to three available scent notes, or share a brand and fragrance name you enjoy as inspiration.
  2. Choose your product. Soap, foaming hand soap, 2-in-1 shampoo & shower gel, whipped body wash, whipped body butter, lotion, salt scrub, whipped sugar scrub wash, body spray, cologne, atmosphere & linen spray, bath fizzy dust, laundry products, candles, or a gift set.
  3. Tell us the details. Include quantity, preferred size, deadline, budget, and whether the order is for you, a gift, an event, or a business.
  4. Wait for confirmation. We will confirm availability, whether an oil needs to be ordered, the final price, estimated completion date, and any remaining choices.

Availability, supplier stock, lead time, and pricing can change. Product suitability

Fragrance materials behave differently in candles, soaps, bath-and-body formulas, sprays, and laundry products. We list and recommend fragrances by the categories in which they are expected to perform best. If you request a fragrance outside its recommended category, we will explain the limitation before accepting the order. We cannot guarantee the scent result or remake a product solely because a non-recommended fragrance profile performs differently.

  • Not seeing your scent? Tell us the brand, fragrance name, or notes you enjoy. Nana T may be able to create an original interpretation, but not every fragrance can be matched exactly.
  • A reference fragrance helps us understand the scent family. We do not promise an exact duplicate and are not affiliated with the referenced brand.
  • Submitting a request does not place or charge an order.
  • Most approved custom orders need at least 5–7 business days after all details and payment are confirmed. Oils that must be ordered and larger orders may need more time.
  • Custom pricing depends on product, size, quantity, packaging, and fragrance materials.
